Darren is a skilled consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in financial management and modelling, economic analysis and costing, organisational leadership and project management, with an emphasis on relationship management and project outcomes. He has worked extensively across the health and social services sectors, notably in acute, primary health, mental health, disability, and alcohol and other drugs sectors. Darren is a practitioner of PMBOK and his project experience at HOI demonstrates his capability to manage multiple complex projects. He is a politically astute and experienced consultant who excels in evaluation, stakeholder engagement and consultation.
