Alan is a specialist independent consultant, facilitator and executive coach. He is recognised as a successful leader of large organisations and for his skill in strategy development for complex cross-disciplinary problems and systems. He has close knowledge of the Justice system including previous executive accountability for courts and prisons. He also has a wide range of distinguished achievement in complex procurement and project delivery. 

Alan’s résumé includes leadership of large organisations and delivery of difficult change, including Director General of Justice – a complex department incorporating courts and prisons; in addition to on time, on budget delivery of very large infrastructure projects, including the $2 billion Fiona Stanley Hospital project.

His core capabilities include: executive coaching, advising and facilitating; development of complex and innovative procurement and major contract negotiation including major FM and PPP projects; complex Information Technology strategy and delivery at advice and strategy, project and CIO level in Utility, Health, Justice, Sporting and Age Care sectors; executive level strategy and stakeholder management.
